Our ideal applicant will:
-Have solid experience in customer service/retail
-Know a bit about Metro Atlanta
-Be comfortable speaking to groups (and sometimes crowds)
-Ensure safety first and make every guests feel 100% comfortable riding prior to leaving office
-Be able to work independently and make solid, sound decisions
-Have a calm, professional demeanor, with an ability to adapt in stressful situations
-Be punctual and reliable
-Be available at least 3-4 days each week, including one weekend day.
-Some college education required
-Arrive on time and ready to provide truly great customer service for each tour group
-Make guest experiences unforgettable from start to finish. This includes engaging and encouraging guests, giving safe instructions, and taking responsibility for all guests and equipment
-Offer personal recommendations to guests regarding restaurants, museums, and attractions for those visiting Metro Atlanta
-Basic office work to check in guests, take payments, and keep things running smoothly as needed.
-Occasional cleaning, stocking, and organization of the office and machines.
